Dennis, I wish I was able to have grown up close with friends like yourself or even had that nowadays...WOW! Thank you for your kind and inspiring words. Thats more logic and feedback than I have probably ever received right there in one message! I love the story of your artist friend, honestly it never came to mind to incorporate the two together for a marketing hook! Outstanding! I guess im just so ignorant to where to even begin now that I have some capital for the next move. I know I put the work in already to get to this point, and though I've had the confidence or the manifestation knowing all along I could do it without a doubt, it still shocks me at times that I was able to do it by myself with zero guidance and just intuition and a cant fail attitude! But I also feel though my moves were successfull, that I probably took the long hard way to get there. Im sure theres easier ways but that the best i knew how to go from rags to riches so to speak! All that said, I actual in cocoa beach area so probably even more desired than orlando but orlando was all it would allow me to select when setting up my account. Theres a 4 unit "Inn"  located in cape Canaveral right now im looking at but I honestly dont know where to start. I have 200k their asking 800k nd dome change. Im more a hands on learning definitely and as far as living in a unit i couldn't yet because its out of the kids school district  plus the limited space. but thats the goal, to buy a small air or inn to manage and run for work while still renting in our district and then looking to buy since we're renters again! Im just trying to create weath fast as possible now so i can gain more time! All I have is a money market account and though I set up my schwab accounts and vanguard before we moved I never invested a single note into any yet because of my lacking knowledge. Basically could say im a street kid who abandoned all the ******** and people from that life two decades ago and I desired more and achieved it both in monetary and goodness. That strength i carry that lets me stand alone is beneficial but also as I left that crowd i was never able for unknown reasons to reconnect to a better class of people or even network. Sometimes i believe im a victim or perfect example of Nietzsches -"The lonely one offers his hand too quickly to
whomever he encounters."

Hello & Happy Holidays to all! I'm a new member of not only this community here, but also the "FU Money" community lol. But Im heavily lacking true mentorship to take me to my intended goal of reaching the financial independence community so I can continue to gain more of my freedom and time with loved ones!
