LA City here~~

Take the certificate of occupancy to the post office and they will register your ADA address in to their database and will deliver mail to your ADU.

How to add the SQF of the new construction ADU in the property title?

Thank you,

I was checking my ADU permit and noticed there are 2 different sq ft mentioned with 2 different date i.e on in the original permit and one in the new address. I was wondering if i can ask property assessor to update the new sqf. Anybody here has the same experience, I appreciate your advise.

Los Angeles City here~

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath, fully gated, pet friendly, flexible lease term, located in Sherman Oaks 91403 near Galleria is coming to market for rent in July 1st. Is it to soon to start advertising it?

Thank you,

Justin,

You are so funny. Thanks for the advise.

When I was living in Texas (Dallas), it was easier to deal with Con Artist Tenant but since I moved to CA, landlord has no voice!!
