I'm new to the PRO area.  I know it says "no ads" but is it acceptable to ask for recommendations here?  If so, here is my question:

Can anyone recommend a good Real Estate Attorney in Northern California, specifically the East Bay area?

I am looking to establish a C-Corp, a QRP (can you facilitate this or do I need to go to another company), a Living Trust and Wholesale Trust (maybe not ALL at the same time). A little further down the road, I will need to establish my LLC (preferably in Wyoming).

Thank you in advance for your recommendations.  Feel free to put your own name/business in the mix if you provide these services.

Many Thanks!

Congrats!  I am working to do the same.   You always contact the agent and let them know that you are a Rehabber & Investor.  In order to make your numbers right, you'd like to offer... ($enter amount here).   Ask if the seller would entertain that number, as you could do a quick close (if you can) and cash in the seller's pocket.   You can choose to negotiate or walk away. Let the agent know if your client circumstances change, you are interested in the property.  They sometimes come back if/when there is no other interest.

Good luck!  Keep us posted and let us know what you decide to do and what happens.
