Here's the letter. 

Disregard all of this, I found it.

Letter from the bank today says that I must verify my income every year on my 1-4 Family Non-Owner Occupied Mortgage.

They say this is a new change in the FDIC regulatory requirements.

I can't find a dang thing about it online.  

Can anyone help me find something so I can read about it?

I've not been around for awhile, so sorry if this has been asked a million times.  Where the hell is search?

I'm the same as Kevin, every adult fills out an application.

There's a thread around here somewhere that is all about bullet proofing rentals.  It has really great ideas in it. Maybe someone has it bookmarked.

Putting in a pedestal sink.  Was planning on a large frameless mirror to make the room feel larger, at least 3 feet wide.  I wondering now if that might be too much mirror for a pedestal sink?  Would a smaller mirror look better visually?
