Has anyone heard of this lender? They are offering 5% downpayment No fico required and closing in 7-10 days. This is another one that sounds too good to be true but I thought I'd ask you all if you have seen this.

I am currently looking in NC and SC, as New England is way more expensive than other areas. The recommendation to look in Oregon will be taken into account and I'll start looking there too. My husband and I would like a 20 to 100 unit and I will be helping my mom sell her Hawaii single family investment house and 1031 it into a more lucrative multifamily investment to at least triple her income. She lives outside of Charleston SC and wants something more local so that is why I started looking there and realized that there are many apartment buildings for sale in those states that look to be decent deals... at least much better deals than in NE.
