Thank you for posting Robert. I am in the same position and was looking for advice. All my cash is tied up in a property that would make a great AirBnb or mid-term rental, close to hospitals and medical schools in central Phoenix.  Appreciate all the ideas posted here.  Very helpful.  

Have a new build property that was completed in August.  Has been on the market 55 days with no offers.  We have a hard money loan on the property and invested our own money for the renovations.  What is the best option to get out of the hard money loan and get some cash out of the house without a big down payment etc.
