@Andrew Postell if needed we could do the down payment for an FHA loan but would rather use other options if there are without using most of savings for that. In terms of the current home it is fha owe about 104,000 but current market (neighbors near buy that have their places on sale/have sold between 140,000-150,000. Any advice would be great. We are looking to refinance out of the current one so that way our next home which will be our primary can be purchase through FHA. Let me know if that is a good plan. thanks

Please let me know what best to do. Thank you.

Hi,

I am seeking advice in terms of when to apply for Refi, Heloc and another mortgage. I currently have a place that I purchase many years back using FHA and recently just moved out of and renting. I am planning on refinancing this mortgage from FHA to conventional loan, and then getting a HELOC from this to use as a downpayment for a home that I plan to purchase as primary owner occupied next year through a FHA mortgage.

Can you please provide comments on if this is a good idea in terms of how I am thinking about it, and if I should do all of these around the same time to avoid a ton of credit pulls or to if it would be better to do them different times apart and how long apart.

Thank you.
