@Nicole Collins I've not been to any yet. I was going to try some out in December, but it looks like most groups are having their holiday meetings/parties which (understandably) are more expensive to attend including the Mission Inn one. I'm intimidated to 'party' with people when I'm meeting them the first time so I'll probably pass on those events. I'm looking a bit further afield this month in the OC I think and will probably check that one out in January for a regular meeting.

Thanks Antoine! I'm currently trying to figure out which local REI groups to try and connect with. I'd love any recomendations you have for which groups are "must-attends" and which ones are a waste of the drive.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie in the Inland Empire. I have one single family residence I started renting full-time in August (it's located in the mountains) and I'm totally hooked. My goal is to move into smaller multi-family in the next two years and eventually replace my income. I've been lurking on Bigger Pockets for a little while now and finally was inspired to introduce myself by @nicole collin's post today. I'm super excited to be here and so greatful for all I'm already learning from everyone!

*waves* I'm also a newbie investor (one sfr rental) in your area! I'm in Corona, but looking forward to getting to know more folks in the area. Do you go to any of the local meetups?
