Hello All, I'm a newbie getting my LLC for real estate investments started. I'm researching virtual business address providers.

Does anyone have experience with a virtual address or have references for me?

Thanks!

Thanks Michael. I have been approved for a hard money commercial loan. My issue is I don't yet have an LLC/business and, I'm not feeling comfortable rushing that process.

I appreciate your input!

Hello BP Fam!

I’m a newbie investor looking for input on how to best finance my fist small multi family property.

My primary residence has approximately $150,000 of equity. Additionally I have liquid assets to cover a 20-25% down payment on a triplex I found.

I have W2 income and this year started a side hustle so will have 1099 income to report as well.

I'll be filing my S Corp status early 2022 but do not yet have an LLC.

My question:

1. Would my best strategy be to obtain financing personally and eventually transfer title of my soon to be acquired multi family to the LLC or

2. Attempt to push creation of an LLC and obtain Corporate financing?

    3. Or, Something else I haven’t yet considered.

    Thanks for any advice!
