In regards to coverage for the vacated/homes being rehabbed....is the same true if they aren’t light rehabs.  The homes I am purchasing are around 100 years old.  There’s heavy termite damage, electrical and plumbing work, so on.

Hi BP. I currently have about 8 rental homes under an LLC. 2 are being rehabbed and do not pass the four point inspection and are vacated. I have contacted several insurance agents for quotes/coverage strategies and recieved conflicted information. What is the best/ cost effective way to insure a growing SFH portfolio in Florida? Is there an insurance company that will provide coverage for all my homes under one policy for both property and liability? Is there a way to receive a discount for insuring a bulk of houses?
