Hi Bigger Pocket Family,

What is the best way to find the contractor to rehab one of my out of state property? I live in California and I got this house under contract in Houston, TX. I have 4 rental properties in Houston but I don't have any Investor friendly Contractor to rehab. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Thank you all for being so supportive.

Thank you Andres. As per all of my biggerpocket friends, I put fraud alert on my account with freecreditscore.com and also I talked to my attorney and my attorney left a voice mail on his phone but he didn't return the call yet.

I am so glad that I have biggerpocket and investor friends like all of you.

Thank You guys for taking time and replying to my post.

Thank You Joe. I am not worried about one month rent. I don't care but my biggest worry is about my identity.
