As a landlord what do you guys use to receive payment. Any apps websites that are user friendly for tenants and landord?

Thank you guys for the input. Definitely helped. My thought was if it cashflowed then I was okay with it but after looking at the property today it does need some work even with their renovations they have made. 
I’ve been wanting to invest in properties such as these but they just don’t come around much. I’m trying to diversify my portfolio as much as I can.

At 5.5 I agree. But there’s potential for me to add 7 spots for RVs. I don’t know if you went through the OM that’s on listing but the the potential CAP rate at year 2 could be 10-14%. It sounds good and all but I just want to get more opinions. What do you think of it at that rate?

Hey @Richard Helppie-Schmieder I'd like to attend next meet up as well. I'm a builder out in Tyler, Tx looking to expand out in DFW area as well as becoming a permeant resident there. Would love to hear all the insight if I am able to make it.
