Quote from @Wayne Brooks:

Bottom line: the lien will remain attached to the condo, with or without a sale.....unless/until the IRS releases the lien from the condo.  Buying it "sub2" means the lien remains attached, and continues to grow.

I know this is soooo old but I'm in the same situation right now and wanted more information. Do tax liens really drop off after 10 years and not have to be paid at all with sell or refinance if you held it to that point?

@Russell Brazil me personally, I spend endless hours listening to him and probably buy every single one of his books. He’s just a hater.

@Russell Brazil David Greene doesn’t like wholesaling or wholesalers, which make up a big vital part of the Flippin community and for somebody that doesn’t want to go the route he is, and wholeselling is probably your easiest way in to get into the real estate community and have a six-figure business so for him to single us out I think it’s kind of BS. Especially knowing that a lot of wholesalers follow him and spend money buying his stuff.

That’s crazy Davie green hates on Wholesaler’s now and acts like they’re not a vital part of the Flippin community. Must be nice to have been a cop before and get into this business with capital and become a broker and start a brokerage but what about the other guys that don’t wanna go that route but still have the drive to get in. Definitely not a fan of that guy now.

Quote from @Frank Carter:

I hear you. The system is just sitting there. Scaling up the business and making things automated is what we all need this season.

Are you getting paid to say this Frank?

So i used to actually do floors part time and there’s a tool that you can use to make quick work of it.

We just used a razor floor scraper. Its about as tall as a push broom.I think it’s mostly use to clean up mud and stuff but it gets the staples out.
