Hello

I am looking to connect with lenders/real estate investment agents / PMC. I saw few SFH that I am interested in and love to move forward with this.

(I reached out to few people from prior posts but have not heard anything back ,therefore I made a post)

Hi Sunny, this depends on the financing route you go. Assuming ~15% down payments, thats $26k right there. This leaves $9K in reserves, which might be cutting it a bit close for two properties, especially if either/both need some rehab. If you are using an FHA loan, you can put 3.5% down, but you would have to owner occupy. Are either of them multifamily?

 All single family

all my options are open

i send you a DM

I am starting out in real estate investing. After research I realize that turnkey investing will work best for me. I'd like to connect with others doing this type of investing. I am open to investing both locally and all over the country. I am also open to recomendations and ideas in getting started in turnkey investing. I am looking forward to connecting!

Saw some folks recommending Cleveland to ya. It can work, lots of turnkey folks come out here because it's really cheap. However, there are some pretty big risks out here. I recommend reading The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods to get an understanding of the various levels of risk on a per neighborhood basis.

That ultimate guide is an eye opener. How old is the data ?

Just started looking in the Cleveland area for properties in the $75k range.  Cash offers.  Looking to cashflow and wanting to pick anyone's brain about experiences in the area.  Or Akron and Canton.  Trying to get a feel for rentability, location, etc.  Would love to look to get a team together in the local area.  I'm an out of state guy down in FL and the market is just ridiculous here so trying to maximize $$$ for cashflow.  Appreciate any help!

hello

I am interested in becoming a real estate investor and my future end goal is to own 100+ units of apartment complexes.   Currently live in NJ and the market is super crazy and expensive here.  I do not have the starting capital nor the experience. As i am doing my research, it seems that investing out of state in cities such as memphis, indy, alabama, ohio to name a few, this seems to be a good starting point for a newbie investor.  I am leaning towards a turnkey property due to time and money and later on down the road, I will form a team of my own.  There are plenty of turnkey companies out there but I narrowed my search down to few:

Rent to Retirement

Memphis Investment Properties(located on summer ave)

Martel Turnkey

Norada

I have consultations setup with all of them.

I would like to get in contact with anyone that has/is investing through any of the companies above  and share their experiences.

thank you in advance
