Over my years of Real Estate experience I've come to know that so many renters have a very big misunderstanding when it comes to renting over purchasing.  Let's have some feedback and see where we can get with this.

My company offers everything under one roof from realtors to find you the property you are looking for, mortgage brokers to get you funded, contractors to do any work you want on your property and ultimately present it back to the investor to sell, rent or move in to the property.  As a project manager I coordinate everything with all the various people in this process, keep them on time, within budget and also act as a General contractor. During this rehab/development period we also analyze the market and ensure the investor will be maximizing his/her profit by making suggestions on the progress of the property.  In this process I keep investors from out of town posted on developments however regularly they want them. 

Our services don't only include the full package, but also can offer Realtors or Project Managers by them self if you already have someone in place.

Artem, returns are entirely based on what type of property you are looking at, what you intend on doing with the property after obtaining it and finally what you want to do with it flip or rent.
