We just bought a townhome in Harvey, IL, all cash paid. This is already rented on M2M.

What are our options to get most of our money back so that we can invest in other good properties?

PML or DSCR loans or any other type of loan with reasonable interest rates.

Appreciate your guidance and referrals!

Hello,

We just bought a townhome in Harvey, IL, all cash paid. This is already rented on M2M.

What are our options to get most of our money back so that we can invest in other good properties? 

PML or DSCR loans or any other type of loan with reasonable interest rates.

Appreciate your guidance and referrals!

Hello BP Forum,

We just bought a townhome in Harvey, IL which is already rented on M2M. Also closing one more in Dolton, IL which is a Section 8 property. This is also rented M2M and is a Single family home.

Looking for recommendation for Property Management Companies who have experience in both type of rentals, regular and Section 8 with solid process of screening the potential renters.
