on the same token, what is the smartest way to prepare for the exam.  The course is long and it takes quite long while doing a day job.  any legitimate ideas please.  thank you

i wanted to pursue Relaase estate agent license certification.  i reside in Florida and wanted to know what are the reasonable avenues to attain the Pre- Exam and state exam.   Thakn you

I am first time buyer and wanted to seek advise.   

Which Investment property company is better - REI Nation or Rent to Retire or something else.

The Properties listed by these companies are very inflated.  should we negogiate with them before purchasing.

The REI properties seem to be quite inflated compared to the market value. can you please advise how you all navigated through that. thank you
