I am new to the real estate investing market and want to start learning about the different options and what would be the best fit for me based on my needs and what I can afford. I do have my Real Estate License in California, if that helps. I live in the Sacramento area.

I am willing to be a fly on the wall and learn from different people on strategies that work best and making sure that I invest smartly.

Please DM if you are willing to donate/invest your time :)

I recently got my real estate license here in CA and wanted to get into wholeselling. I know a license is not needed but I got it as a back up. I wanted to know if there were any mentors here in the Bay Area that are willing to show me the ropes. I have little money but I do have time to invest. Any help would be appreciated

I live in California and I have thought about flipping in Vegas. If I were to purchase a property to flip would it be smarter to TRUST my contracor to get the job done without me being there to supervise? Or should I take matters into my own hands and live in the state that I would be flipping in for the month or 2 months that it would take for a basic flip?
