@Nooruldeen B Aldulaimi

Sure. It would be great bouncing ideas as we learn and grow! I know starting off can be scary I studied the Ohio market for two years and connected with local investors and out of state investors in Ohio before I finally pulled the trigger. Currently, I’m more focused on quality properties rather than just cash flow.

Hello and welcome! It's great to hear about your real estate investment journey and your plans to expand in Houston. Building a solid team is crucial for success in real estate, and it's fantastic that you're proactively seeking connections in the Greater Houston area. Here are some strategies to help you connect with the right professionals:

Attend conferences, meetings, and local real estate networking events in the Houston region. Meeting investors, agents, contractors, and other professionals is a great opportunity that these events provide.

To locate and establish contact with Houston real estate experts, go via internet resources such as BiggerPockets, LinkedIn, and neighborhood real estate forums.

In Houston, consider becoming a member of many real estate associations and organizations. These organizations frequently maintain directories of its members, which include lenders, contractors, and agents.

Make use of social media channels to establish connections with nearby experts. Networking possibilities might arise from joining real estate clubs on social media sites like Facebook or Instagram.

Make contact with nearby real estate agencies and request referrals. Since many experts and agencies collaborate closely, they could be able to recommend investors to you.

Use internet directories or platforms that are dedicated to facilitating the connection of real estate experts and investors. For more trust, be sure these platforms feature reviews and testimonies.

Plan meetings with prospective team members during your May travel to Houston to go over your objectives, expectations, and potential areas of collaboration. It takes time to assemble a trustworthy team, so use patience and diligence in your choices. I wish you well in all of your Houston real estate endeavors! Please don't hesitate to seek for help if you need it or if you have any special queries.

 Wale,

Nice to meet you. Thank you for the detailed response! I’ve been browsing through bigger pockets but never considered LinkedIn! I will give that a shot as well.

Also, I see that you’re a broker in Dallas as well. Based on your opinion, would DFW area also be a great starting point in Texas? I’ve heard great things about both and would be open to investing in both! Just got to get started and start getting the core four established. Thanks a bunch

 @Sumit Sama Yes, I am.

Dallas Fort Worth and Houston are top 2 Investor markets in Texas.

You can not go wrong investing in eaither of these 2 markets. Send me a Direct Message and I will be happy to point you in the top neighborhoods to focus on based on your investment goals, criteria and available time you have to spend on real estate investing. I am always happy to help.

Thank you! Let’s connect. Would love to learn more about these markets.

Hello everyone!
I am a newer investor(currently have one rental property Cleveland, Oh) and now am focused on obtaining another in Houston!
I am looking to connect with investor friendly Real Estate agents, contractors, wholesalers, handymen, and lenders.
I would primarily like to invest in the Greater Houston area- Katy, Humble, Cypress etc. I am open to BRRR and buying turnkey.

I am currently located in California. I will be flying out to Houston in May and am able to fly back as needed. I would love to meet and build a team while there. I own my primary residence here in California that will also be a rental in the future. Let’s connect!
