I am a new investor looking to buy my first investment property in the Richmond, VA area! I would love to hear of experiences people have had in the area and what neighborhoods I should look out for. Any and all RVA investing advice is welcome!

Some background information:
- Looking for SFH or multi-family property with a top budget or ~$225k.
- Considering multiple investment routes; anything from BRRRR to move-in ready homes.
