I have recently put an offer in on two pieces of property. I know the developer, and they were kind enough to allow my wife and I to walk the property while they were they and pick out the best two lots of the 22. We are good friends with him, and want to keep a good thing going. however, it occurred to me today that I shouldn't have offered full price on both lots. I am new to all this investing stuff and need some advice? should I go for a "group rate" so to speak? Again, we are friends with this guy and his wife, and I am willing to buy both because of their potential, but I don't want to be foolish either. help please
