Is there entry fee?

Can you provide an update on how did you go about it ? Detailed information will help as im considering investment from 2 partners in similar way.

If your partner/realtor is not equally invested in the project i would stay away specifically if its your first buy & hold

Usually HOA's are non responsive to provide the required answers so for initial analysis i will look up the similar property in STR websites (vrbo , airbnb etc) and to check the Occupancy % comps.

Keep in mind , lately the HOA's in condo have strict minimum day rule. Make sure you have that in your search criteria. All the best.
