I would like to connect with investors, flippers and wholesalers from the Wesley Chapel or Zephyrhills or Plant City areas. I'm new to the market but have some investing experience in Canada. I'm looking to work alongside a wholesaler or a flipper. Or perhaps connect with other investors over a mastermind type of discussion.

I've been to the TBREIA's Wesley Chapel subgroup so far and it's a good forum. Any other suggestions on meetups - will be great too. Most seem to be in downtown Tampa or St. Petersburg. I prefer something closer to New Tampa.

@Account Closed I don't have any experience with duplexes in Moncton (just bigger properties, where we do cash flow >$200/door per month). The best properties (with good cash flow) never go to MLS / Realtor.ca. Best advice would be to get down to Moncton, stay a while, build a team (you really can't do this remotely) and pick a realtor that specializes in working with investors.
