Oh wow, thank you! I didn't realize they had a property search website.

I have notice that the MLS listings provide more information on the property than the realtor.com listings in other areas. Is that not the case in Philadelphia?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a real estate agent to help me set up automated alert system and allows me to see properties on the MLS that fits my criteria. I had recently been pre-approved for a loan in Easton, PA, but I haven't found any properties there that provided me with enough confidence to invest in so I have diverted my attention over to Philly.

I'm looking for single or multifamily properties that are in the $150k or below that cash flows well. I would consider properties that requires a small amount of rehab. Since this would be my first property, I'm not quite ready to take on anything too drastic.

Thank you!

Susan

Hi guys,

I am from New York City and I'm considering looking into investing in Albany. Ideally I'd like to find a turnkey multi family around $100k in a good neighborhood and already rented with good tenants. But I do know realistically those are probably hard to find.

So as an alternative, I'm looking for a real estate agent who has worked with out of town investors and who are willing to work on weekends because that's when I'm free. So if you guys are or know a good real estate agent in Albany or know a good property management company, please let me know. If you can share any tips about the Albany area, I would really appreciate it as well.

Thank you!

Has anyone considered Bayonne? It seems like a fairly safe neighborhood with public transportation. to get into the city. Their taxes are a bit high, but that seems like a NJ thing.

Hi guys, i am from New York City and I was just looking at Rochester as an area for long distance investment using property management companies from there. The prices for homes seem cheap and they appear to have high cap rates. Is this a good impression that I have of Rochester?

Hi everyone, my name is Susan from New York City and I am interested in real estate. I've been interested for a while and decided to really take that interest seriously now. I am currently in school(by choice, so I can leave once the semester ends if that's necessary) but I'd like to start the process to get into real estate if I can. I've been listening to a lot of bigger pockets podcasts and webinars lately and feeling really motivated. I love to learn and meet people so if you're in New York City let me know!
