@Sarah Lam Thank you so much for your post! It is so helpful to read your experiences. It's been 11 months and I was hoping you could update us on how your investment is going and if there are any comments you could make on TTP. 

I've been looking into the properties TTP offers for about a month and just had a meeting with Brian from TTP yesterday. There are a couple of properties that caught my eye, however, before going further into the acquisition process I feel it is necessary to learn as much about TTP as possible.
