Hey Zack my wife and I live in Florence SC so we're not too far away from you! In fact we've heard of a REIA club that meets in Charleston every month or so that you should look up! I'm not sure of who leads it or what the organization's name is though!

We are looking to be producing $20-$25K a month through our investing. We are right now honing in on being wholesalers until we build up enough capital to get into rehabbing homes. We also want to own a few buy & hold properties. Do you invest in the Florence SC area Matt?
