Ok, thank you!

Hopefully the title is sufficient for the question. When participating in a syndication as a limited partner, does one generally have the PPM reviewed by an attorney?

First the former, then the latter. Are they mutually exclusive or are there places where both are possible?

Thanks @Laura Shinkle for the information. Do you know of areas in that vicinity that would meet the criteria?

Hello!

I'm a new investor currently looking at small multifamily (2-4 plex), and I'm interested in the Charlotte, NC and Denver, CO areas.

I'd like to meet some investors that are in that market that I can network with. Also agents/brokers/PMs, as I'm in CA so I'll need to be investing remotely.

Thank you, and look forward to meeting you!

Sorry, this is not the right form category for this...I'll move to the right place.

When in your REI journey do you start talking to an attorney? I haven't invested yet, but I'd like to know when to get started connecting with REI specific attorneys. Also, if I plan to invest out of state, do I look for an attorney located near the property or near me?
