@Henry Kaldenbaugh That’s what I thought it meant but a tenant of mine thinks it means they can move out a month before the lease ends from the wording. I can see where they are confused because it does not specify end of the lease. I'm not sure what to do.

In the "MOVE OUT AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS" when it says "If Tenant intends to move out, Tenant must give Landlord ___ days advance..." 

Does that mean the Tenant can move out whenever they want to as long as they give the ____ days notice or does it mean they have to give this notice that many days before their lease is up?
