@Andrew Postell

Absolutely! Thank you. I’ve already started the calling process and got about 10 in and wanted to check here before to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time before I continued. I appreciate the advice.

Quote from @Andrew Postell:

@Stevie Nosekabel is your company based in Ohio or based here in Texas?   I'm assuming with "commercial" you have a company and are looking for a line of credit based on the income that your company is producing?  Is that what you mean?

My company is based in Texas but I invest in Ohio. I say "commercial" because after talking with a few credit unions I don't fit the typical HELOC qualifications and they referred me out to their commercial departments. Looking for establishing a line of credit using properties I own out right in order to purchase more property.

What type of property is it ?

I have 4 SFH and a Duplex. Preference would be to lump them together.

Is anyone having success getting a commercial line of credit in Ohio (NE)? I have called multiple credit unions and a few banks with no avail. Not looking for hard money but would like the line of credit to purchase more property as it becomes available.
