@karen I'm into wholesaling and rehabbing. Making Business cards identifing my business title. Not sure what to put as a title... a wholesaler? a rehabber, an investor or nothing at all? I'm sure it a silly question.

Gary Clark I'm into wholesaling and will rehab a few as well.
Gerald David just asked an interesting question. Is it wise to just get a deal or two first before creating a business name? (Source of like getting my feet wet first)...

As an investor, is it a "must have" to have a business name?

I was asking myself that same question about business cards and what I should put on it when my interests are wholesaling & rehabbing/flipping...
It seems that almost every questions I have, the answers are right here on this site. Can I use the same words if I am wholesaling also?

Thanks

Thanks Russell for the advise. You gave me something to think about.

Business cards, a website, fliers; I know everyone have their own way of marketing, do you think they're a good marketing move?

Also, IMO "in my opinion". It took me a while to figure-out what it meant. lol

Thanks again

Steve

Hello everyone here at the BiggerPockets community. I am glad to be here.
My name is Steve E. Wilson. I am just getting started in the real estate investor business. I have been studing a great deal about this business & would like to start in the wholesaling business. I also have visited and introduce myself to few real estate agent here in NY as well as analyzing my surrounding area. I ran across a few "For Sale" signs in different areas. Also distress homes in need of flipping/rehabbing. To tell you the truth, I just don't know how to begin or who to contact first. What should I be doing first?
Thank you in advance
