Hi my name is Steve Whitlock and I am currently in the business of Buying and Selling Privately Held Mortgages and Notes. I also buy REO from Banks and other Corporations at discounted prices. We buy in Bulk so we get better than average deals.

I first started in 1979 and have done more than 10,000 real estate and note transactions. . I am new to Bigger Pockets so I would love to get more involved and build new relationships.
