@Rich O'Neill Hey Rich there are a few good meetups in the area that are meeting virtually at present. One is the Chester County Real Estate Hackers and the other is the Pottstown meetup. Hackers was held monthly at the Courtyard right outside of Coatesville and the Pottstown meetup was held at BlackJax right off of 422 in Birdsboro area before COVID. You can find them both on the meetup app. Both are attended by good and knowledgeable people. Let me know how I can help.

@Nei Ngoshi Hey I live in Chester County just south of the Pottstown market. Pottstown and Coatesville are both great rental markets for cash flow. You could look on the MLS and make offers that way or you may want to simply Google "we buy houses" companies in your area and get on as many wholesaler buyers lists as you can. I bought my first deal this way.

@Kyle Trotta Welcome! I’m in the area. I live just west of you in the Pottstown area. There are a lot of local meetups where you can meet people who are doing what you want to do. They all meet virtually right now to my knowledge but should get going again once we get back to more normalcy. You can find them on the meetup app. Hope to meet you.

@Yuriy Grytsulyak We primarily use direct mail and Google PPC. Yes Pottstown and Norristown are both great rental markets for cash flow.

@Brandon Ribeiro Stewart Abstract is in Berks County right outside Reading. They handle my closings and will handle deals in Montco.
