  • Hello Superstars!
  • I am wondering how the experienced investors out there weigh's in on joining the local REIA organizations.
  • I've heard there are good ones and some are not so good.
  • Any recommendations from local Atlanta or Charleston SC investors out there, for a beginning investor with quality networking and resources to help get a real estate investing business off the ground?

Looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing in Atl and Charleston SC.

Can anyone recommend a real estate venture with minimum risk for a newbie, Wholesaling, Flipping, etc?

Thank you

Steven

Looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing in Atl and Charleston SC.

I have been educating myself for several years on the subject and ready to go....enough theory!

Can anyone suggest were to start...referring to what type Wholesaling, Flipping, Rental, etc and does anyone know of a repudiable

real estate group or mentor in the areas mentioned above that would be interested in a partnership?

Thank you
