seriously, your pregnant wife with your kid are struggling because of some punks next door and you are not sure what to do?  calling the police and their landlord is the least I would do.

the very first time it would happened, I would not even ask my wife (of course she does not want you to go there, she is worried about you), go there, tell them they are in the wrong by law and morals, give them 15 minutes to stop that, and then call the police.

I would rather see them thrown on the street, into jail, or whatever happens to them, that is your wife, your kid, your family, you do what is necessary, but please not a minute longer tolerate that!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, put the rent you are paying yourself into the calculations.  @Tim Lindstrom understood and explained it correctly

put in the rent you will be paying yourself

you still have to live somewhere and you could easily rent both places and be renting the same place somewhere else

I also ask: who will be living there? for when do you need the place and how long plan to stay?

move in date and 1 year lease are listed in the advertisement, but about 25% of the people contacting for showing, either do not read, or read and feel it does not apply to them.

another term that would make more sense and clarify it: per door (door in this case is entrance door)

I will still continue moving forward with my plan, perhaps not as fast, to secure rental properties that have a lot of safety margin of cash flow.  $200 per property per month, even in this environment, is not worth it and very risky should you have to lower rents even more.  My recent property of last year cash flows $800 right now and I think I can sit out the current storm.

Sherrylyn, are you wholesaling in Calgary?

I have seen lots of ads on kijijiji and on light posts that look like wholesaling ads, but have not met any wholesales in Calgary?  Are you one of them or do you know any?

a guy comes to a doctor and says that he is 65 and only can do it with his wife 3 times a week, and his neighbour is 67 and says he does it every day.

the doctor replies: well, you can tell him you are doing it twice a day.....

there is no sale till you got a signature and security deposit (no personal cheques for security deposit or first moth rent, it might bounce and you already have someone living in your rental.  only cash or certified cheque, for the other months personal cheques are ok).  I keep showing till all signed and paid.  Usually collect only security deposit with the signed lease, and first moth on move in day, but sometimes get everything right there.
