I am an agent out of Bolingbrook but work and live in your area.  The market is super tight and the properties that are worth while are going quickly.  What are is your ideal piece of investment property?  Price? Size? Location? Age?  Units?  I will let you know if anybody from my agency has any back pocket listings fitting your description.
