Thank you @Brett Snodgrass! I did some research and I'm interested in owning small apartment complexes. I hear that taking over the ones that are already built would be much less of a hassle and require less start up money as oppose to building them yourself. Anyone have any experience in this area I'd appreciate your input. Thanks in advance!

Hello I'm new to this but here's my new member intro:

Real estate has been on my mind for some years now. Specifically flipping houses, buying duplexes and renting them out, buying foreclosure homes and selling for profit, and of course financial freedom.  Any advise/tips would be greatly appreciated. I like to know details about what I'm getting into before I do it.

I'm currently serving in the U.S Air Force. By the time I retire I'd like to be in the real estate business full time. Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
