I am in need of a CPA to do my taxes.  I have 1 3 plex right now and I am in the process of purchasing more.  I would really like to find one that specializes in multifamily rental properties.  Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.  I live in South Jersey.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

I have a 3 family that I just purchased this year and I am looking to add another.  I would love to speak to a private lender/investor about working together on my next purchase.   20-40k.  I was able to secure an excellent cap rate on my first run.  I have a formula which I have been working on for 2 years.  Thank you
