We recently had our rental property repainted before new tenants moving in. Prior to the repainting, our property manager had shown us photos of holes + scuffed paint, many of which were in the closets. They went ahead with it (we split the cost with the previous tenants' security deposit) but found out recently that while painting in most of the house had been done, the closets had not been touched. When asked they told us that closets, trim, and doors are normally extra cost during turnover painting. Is this a normal experience with others who have properties managed by a property manager?

We recently purchased an investment property in Fishtown with the eventual goal of renting it out after renovations. Does anyone have recommendations for contractors they have enjoyed working with?
