I am seeing a lot of people/companies on linked in that state private lending. Does anyone have experience with these lenders? Many are stating rates of around 5 percent.

Have a couple of single family 3 Bd 2 ba paid cash and rehab and looking to cash out on long term loan at low rate each in 100k value area.

Plan is they will be rentals.

Bank that will do long term refinance after rehab.
