Hello everyone I'm writing this post to ask a few questions! I am new to wholesaling. I been studying for 3 months and cold calling for 1 month, I am a go getter at heart and decided to dive right in with no mentoring, cash buyers or Contracts at all, I kind of just wanted to test my skills of negotiating and rapport with sellers! I have been really successful at getting appointments, and building cash buyers list from bandit signs I see around my city of Florida! I haven't closed a deal yet but I feel its coming sooner than expected! Everyone has been telling me to get a mentor to really break my first deal and get started with knowing my market. I am new to Florida just moving here last month, so my question is, Should I look into getting one I mean is a mentor worth it?? Or should I pay for a rei Program online like REIPRO and generate my own leads and learn all on my own?? To Each your zone I guess but this is tough because I don't know anyone here in Florida and I have been wanting someone who has been successful to kickstart me so I can teach others as well! Anyways That's My Question I Would really love feedback on this Thanks For the Time #ROADTODEAL#1

I started studying wholesaling 4months ago and just moved to Florida 2 months ago, what’s holding me back big time is I feel as do wholesaling is a cut throat business and when your first starting off no one wants to help you it’s sad! I’m not from Florida so I’m new to the market but  I have been building my buyers list from bandit signs all over! But when I try to ask for help from a fellow wholesaler they all hang up on me. I’ve been cold calling Sellers nonstop, 10 a day have gotten plenty appointments but never pulled the trigger because I don’t know what’s the correct contracts to use but I have a title company so I’m learning all on my own! i know with good Knowledge I can take off And make massive gains Has anyone felt how I feel Their First Time starting? #GOGETTERS
