Is there anyone on here that knows what the market is like for mobile home investing in the northwest Georgia area (Acworth, Kennesaw, Hiram, Carollton; Paulding County, Cobb County and basically going west on I-20 from Lithia Springs in Douglas County toward Alabama)? I have been researching and am finding that prices are ranging at minimum  $4000 to as much at $20,000. Is that about what I'm looking at or am I looking at the wrong places? I live in Paulding County but don't mind branching out further than what I've already mentioned if I need to. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give this newbie.

It sounds like a lot of fun...

Hi there, my name is Steven and I am from Georgia and I am brand new to this whole concept of investing in real estate. I have zero real estate experience beyond what I've learned from Udemy and BiggerPockets. But I'd really like to learn more and start investing. I am in my early forties and know that I may be a little bit older than a lot of people who are starting to get into real estate. But I know that I need to do something to change my financial outlook in order to be able to make a better life for me and my wife and young children. I am interested in learning about buying and holding and wholesaling and hopefully getting into that as an investor.
