I’m in search of a real estate attorney to assist in the crafting of the purchase and sale agreement contracts that I will be using for my wholesale deals. Would love to connect with anyone that believes that may be able to help.

I'm looking to execute on my first wholesale deal, and what is holding me back the most is hesitation around legal and contract terms. Is there a best practice to follow when crafting your Purchase and Sale Agreement contracts?
