Has anyone done any business with Realestateinvestingwebsites.com?

If so what was your experience or would you suggest any particular website company?

We are new to REI. We have taken some training but would love to get a mentor or hands on training. I am the type that hands on learning works best and am ready to get out and start working deals.

We took the Nudge Protege training and I am not very happy with the outcome for money spent. The methods they teach are cut and dry and you can learn for free here at BP. The phone coaching is lacking due to the limited time they spend on the phone. I have tried calling my so called coach and have not been called back on a question I had. SO as for me I would rather have the local mentor and do a hands on training with them.

any followups on this subject?

My Daughter and I are new to REI and would love to find some private lenders that are trust worthy that we could use to get off the ground with. Any suggestions? We are located in Central Georgia.
