@Skyler Mckinney I quit my jon cold Turkey too.. I financed a new lexus.. sounds like I'm already messing up lol but actually I did it only to rent my car out on TURO since I already had a paid off reliable bucket.. and do a little Lyft, and uber part time when needed. Theis gives me freedom and I can work on my real estate journey when i want to and now I'm actually making 3 to 4k income a month when I need too.

From experience, what did you guys think is the best and easiest free way to skip trace? websites or programs, apps etc?

and which ones are the best ones to pay for... any help or advice for a begginer
