@Greg Scott That's true I do get a little to into my own mind on things.  But is there a certain type of numbers you run for those of us that don't understand what you mean by run the numbers.

What are some places where one can learn to do such analysis and what does it entail? @Christopher Phillips@Greg Scott That's a good point so what is it that goes on between your ears when you come past the math and  when youre actually executing the "AHA!" moment of the deal.

When do you say "this is a good deal" and what is the math that you use to come to that conclusion?
