Sorry I should had provided more. Looking to do investment leaning towards flipping. I researched that s-corp would be a better option than LLC but, not too entirely sure how both plays out for this type of investment/business.

I hear many people talk about investing but not much of the taxing side of the story. Examples would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking into the real estate world and since it is tax session, I just wanted to know how or what is filed. Can someone educate me the basics of how taxes work for short terms or long terms?
