Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for places to get a loan for a multifamily building? I'm looking to purchasing multifamily property and was curious if anyone has gotten a loan for one before

I found a local credit union had a loan and sent them an inquiry form, but curious if there are other options as well.

@Sean Harris I dont own in that area, but I’ve used airdna previously to look into the historical trends for some vacation rentals I was looking into purchasing. In case that may give you some more data to work off of

Hi BP, I run a small real estate podcast/youtube channel, and I wanted to do an episode on BRRR.

I'm pretty new to BRRR so I was wondering, would anybody be interested in a short 30 min or so interview on a recent BRRR property you did?

About me: I am also an investor but I haven't had much experience with larger rehabs yet, primarily been purchasing properties with small rehab needs to rent in the last few years. The channel has a few thousand subscribers with investors in real estate and stocks.

Has anyone had success with a HELOC for a rental property in California in 2021? I have a property in Sacramento that I'd like to get a HELOC for and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, I tried applying for one in late 2020 but it seems the backlog was quite high at my credit union so thought I ask for some suggestions. Thanks!
