Do you self manage and how are you finding investing in Toledo? I am wondering whether to buy more in the area or look else where and wanted to know how other investors are doing in the area.

Well I just bought my first investment property a sfh in 43612 that is in the process of being rehabbed. I just wanted to know what other areas investors can recommend also looking for further sfh or multifamily that cash flow. Thanks
