This home was flipped and sold for $292,000. Great profit from a complex deal.

@David Gonzalez the deal is done. Squatters are gone and I have started to acquire buyers. I anticipate being done with this property by the beginning of October.

@Tiarne Spiteri the laws in the US are different and COVID makes for unforeseen loopholes. The main thing is that they are gone now and I can finish completing my project. Happy to have gotten that portion behind me.

@Tiarne Spiteri these were not tenants. These were people who illegally began inhabiting a property.

@Jay Hinrichs Good. I kind of just laughed at the ignorance until I saw his comments towards you. Glad BP is on top of it.

@Jay Hinrichs this guy is crazy. How do I delete his post? That's a lot hostility over a home deal. He needs to get a life. 🤦🏾‍♂️

@Amit M.

Thanks. Squatters are gone as of yesterday. Property is boarded up with a full alarm system and camera. I'll be posting the deal for potential buyers this weekend. I have one offer coming, but the more the better.

@Daniel Smyth definitely a time to think outside the box. I have spent a lot of hours on this home. We will see if my hard work pays off. I let you know in about 2 weeks.

@Chris John I have a contact with the police, will be securing all entrance points, and placing a Simpli Safe alarm system on the entire home. Fingers crossed. I'm going to plan to have it in contract to be sold within 2 days after they leave.

Update: I'm setting up a cash for keys agreement. The squatters will

agree to leave for a fee. I have a professional property preservation

company coming out to secure the home on the day of and an alarm system

being installed. I was able to find a potential buyer already and should

end up turning a $30k profit without doing any repairs to the property.

I will give another update in the next week or two.
