I'm new to BiggerPockets. Just signed up today to share this article with current real estate investors who could be using this property manager (La Quinta, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, or Riverside County). Nicole Clarida, of Investment Solutions Property Management, is being investigated for embezzlement. I wish I had seen this article a few months ago, as I'm now missing rent that has been collected. Also, see the Yelp reviews, and she's consistent - collects rent, doesn't make payments, and won't respond to calls or emails.
